After School Program Participation
Contract
- To be in any after school activity
you have to be registered.
- You have 5 minutes to get to your
activity after 4th Block dismissal.
- Latecomers are not accepted - doors
will be locked.
- You are expected to follow
directions from any adult, immediately.
- Make plans with your parents ahead
of time because the phone will not be available for personal calls
except emergencies.
- Behavior during the after school
activity will be monitored. Students must maintain good behavior
during classes and must show good effort in all their
classes.
- You have to follow the school dress
code.
- You are required to go directly
home from after school activities.
